At Adviser Outsourcing, part of my role is constantly re-evaluating what we as a business can do to make our clients’ workload easier to manage. We work hard behind-the-scenes to make your work-life easier, looking after you by supporting your internal operations. In fact we like to see us as an extension to your team so we’re constantly seeking to add value.
Over the years in this industry I have always enjoyed collaboration. One of my favourite events was hosting the Adviser Office London User Group when I first set up Adviser Outsourcing. It was always a pleasure bringing people together to chat through the software and how they worked along with discussing the wider scope of operations and technology.
As a business we take pride in what we do and we look to deliver exceptional service with every firm we work with. Let’s face it the marketplace for firms such as ours is extremely large and so we also take seriously making time to work with other firms that may be competitors of ours, or offer complimentary services and there are some fantastic firms out there. So with a new year in our sights I wanted to start with a shout out to our friends of the industry.

Jacana is another customer-facing outsourced servicing business for financial advisors, with exemplary specialist skills in software package XPLAN (amongst others), offering income reconciliation training and support for their clients.
