Adviser Outsourcing undertake all back-office functions and administrative duties for Financial Relationships. Kelly heads a team of three dedicated support staff who run the admin and research side of the business entirely and link up with the outsourced paraplanning and our compliance support to ensure the very smooth running of FR in a compliant fashion.
The work also includes support and cooperation with the accounts and payroll department. This allows me as CEO and the main business writer to focus on my clients and client work safe in the knowledge that admin processes are undertaken with precise efficiency.

As a Virgo and a perfectionist, I expect excellence as standard. In 20+ years of advising and in a senior management function this is the best, most organised and knowledgeable admin resource I have come across. I am not easily impressed and drive very high standards upon myself and all members of my team.
The manner in which Kelly has seamlessly taken over the admin function, taken responsibility for the business and nurtured her team is nothing short of impressive.
It has been evolution from day one with clients handled with the red carpet treatment I expect / demand without me having to ask.
The ladies are coordinated, highly organised and have exceptional communication levels with the clients and me. Targets and deadlines are always met – which again is a high bar that I set as deadlines are not negotiable.
For someone who is highly focused on details and specifics I just don’t need to worry about tasks being done on time or to standard. They just get done.

A star+, 10/10, a great experience and pleasure. To get perfection from happy, positive people makes admin and back office work a pleasure and anything but a chore. I don’t think I need to write an essay on how good Adviser Outsourcing are, just give them a try and if your not bowled over very quickly by the dynamic, pragmatic approach to running your business then I would be shocked.
As one of a handful of select providers who are preferred providers of Intelligent Office – which is some feat in itself – the benefits of this relationship were obvious to me from day one.
